Our Irish Linen adventure...

My goodness today was a good day!

After a huge amount of searching, deliberating and hard work, Ryan and I finally tracked down an amazing supplier for our linen - which we are using to back our beautiful scatter cushions, table runners and eventually, place mats and more...

We wanted to source fabric that was locally produced in Northern Ireland, and a true Irish Linen, as supporting local business, and in the process, getting to use the finest quality of products is hugely important to us!

In addition to finding the perfect product, we were also beyond delighted to be given such fantastic attention by the lovely staff at the company - and enjoyed hours of looking through rolls and rolls of stunning fabric, flicking through sample books and fondling fabric of the most lovely quality and handle that makes it's way all over the world and to some very famous design houses to boot...

Here are some snaps of our adventure!
I am so excited already just thinking about the next one ;)

We are now one step closer, and truly, our excitement just continues to build!!

The next stage?... cutting our patterns... but we also have some more fabric shots to share and our packaging development too... so stay tuned!

Here are some links of interest all about Irish Linen and the standards needed to gain the famous label!
